Wyden, D-Ore., amendment no. 1378 to the Schumer, D-N.Y., substitute amendment no. 891 to the bill that would extend federal unemployment benefits related to the pandemic through Sep. 6, 2021, at the current rate of $300 per week, instead of through Aug. 29 at $400 per week. It would also exclude unemployment compensation of up to $10,200 from an individual's gross income for tax year 2020, if their gross income is less than $150,000.
