Scott, R-Fla., motion to concur in the House amendment to the bill with a further Senate amendment no. 6540, that would rescind unobligated amounts from $71 billion appropriated to the IRS in the fiscal 2022 budget reconciliation bill (PL 117-169) for enforcement and operations support. It would also modify existing tax code to require a third-party settlement organization to report information with respect to third-party network payment card transactions only if the amount exceeds $20,000 and the aggregate number of transactions exceeds 200, effective for calendar years beginning after Dec. 31, 2021.
