Fiscal 2023 Defense Authorization -- Reauthorizate Delaware River Basin Restoration

Evans, D-Pa., amendment no. 461 that would reauthorize the Delaware River Basin Restoration Program through fiscal 2030 and increase the federal cost share for grant projects under the program that serve a small, rural or disadvantaged community to 90 percent of the total project cost.
