Fiscal 2016 Budget Resolution -- Sequestration Revision

Murray, D-Wash., amendment no. 801 that would adjust the resolution to reflect a below-sequester level reduction of $9 billion to non-defense discretionary spending in fiscal 2017 and increased funding above sequester levels by $148 billion in fiscal years 2016 and 2017. It also would establish a deficit-neutral reserve fund to allow for legislation that would revise or repeal sequestration.
