Baldwin, D-Wis., amendment no. 432 that would adjust the resolution to increase funding for social services' education, training and employment by $60.3 billion and make related modifications to revenue, new budget authority, outlays, deficit and public debt amounts between fiscal years 2016 and 2025. The changes are intended to reflect future legislation that would require millionaires and billionaires to pay higher taxes in order to support two free years of community college for Americans.
