Surface Transportation Reauthorization -- Export-Import Bank Foreign Company Financing

Mulvaney, R-S.C., amendment that would prohibit the Export-Import Bank from providing financing to foreign companies that benefit from support from a foreign government if the foreign government's sovereign wealth funds have a value of more than $100 billion.
