Surface Transportation Reauthorization -- Shared Use Mobility Projects

Swalwell, D-Calif., amendment that would expand the eligibility of the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement program to include projects that use innovative mobility technologies to provide alternatives to driving alone, such as bikeshare and carpool programs, that are shown to reduce vehicle miles travelled or improve air quality.
