Description:
Adoption of the rule (H Res 688) that would provide for House floor consideration of the bill (HR 4890) that would ban Internal Revenue Service (IRS) employees from being award a bonus until the Department of the Treasury submits a comprehensive customer service plan to Congress, and the bill (HR 3724) that would ban the IRS from rehiring an employee that was removed for misconduct.
