Fiscal 2017 Financial Services Appropriations -- Net Neutrality

Blackburn, R-Tenn., amendment that would prohibit the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) from implementing, administering, or enforcing any of the rules proposed in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking adopted by the FCC on March 31, 2016, intended to regulate consumer privacy obligatiosn as necessitated by the FCC's "Net neutrality" rule. The bill would appropriate $21.7 billion for financial services and general government.
