Fiscal 2017 Interior-Environment Appropriations -- National Monuments

Grijalva, D-Ariz., amendment no. 41 that would remove the bill's provisions that bar the president from declaring national monuments in certain counties in Utah and Maine. The bill would provide $32.1 billion for the Interior Department, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Forest Service and other agencies.
