Lamborn, R-Colo., amendment that would prohibit the use of funds to implement or enforce the threatened species or endangered species listing of any plant or wildlife that has not undergone a periodic five year review. The bill would provide $32.1 billion for the Interior Department, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Forest Service and other agencies.
