Lamborn, R-Colo., amendment to prohibit the use of funds to implement or enforce the threatened species listing of the Preble's meadow jumping mouse. The bill would provide $32.1 billion for the Interior Department, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Forest Service and other agencies.
