Federal Rules -- Passage

Passage of the bill that would require all federal rules that would have an economic impact of $1 billion or more per year have implementation postponed until all related legal challenges would be completed. The measure would require all rules be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget's Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs to determine their annual cost to the U.S. economy.
