Fiscal 2017 Energy-Water Appropriations 'Shell' -- Army Corps of Engineers Construction

Flake, R-Ariz., amendment no. 3820 to the Alexander, R-Tenn., substitute amendment no. 3801 that would reduce funding for the Army Corps of Engineers' construction account by $69 million. The substitute amendment would provide $37.5 billion in fiscal 2017 for the Energy Department, the Army Corps of Engineers and the Interior Department's Bureau of Reclamation.
