Public Land Management Plans Disapproval – Passage

Passage of the joint resolution that would disapprove and nullify a Bureau of Land Management rule that amends the agency's procedures for developing resource management plans for public lands, including by providing additional opportunities for the public to submit information and comment early in the process. The rule also includes provisions related to who makes plan decisions.
