Fiscal 2016 Defense Authorization -- Lesser Prairie Chicken

Lucas, R-Okla., amendment that would prohibit the listing of the lesser prairie chicken as a threatened or endangered species until 2021. The amendment also would de-list the American burying beetle as a threatened or endangered species.
