Fiscal 2016 Commerce-Justice-Science Appropriations -- One-Percent Spending Reduction

Blackburn, R-Tenn., amendment that would reduce spending in the bill by one percent across-the-board, except for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, fees and expenses of witnesses in the Justice Department, public safety officer benefits and the United States Trustee System Fund.
