Waters of the United States Disapproval -- Passage

Description: 

Passage of the bill that would provide for Congressional disapproval and would nullify the "waters of the United States" (WOTUS) rule issued by the Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. WOTUS expanded the bodies of water that qualify for regulation under the Clean Water Act to include waters used for interstate or foreign commerce, interstate waters, wetlands impoundments of waters, tributaries of waters, and territorial seas.
