Fiscal 2017 Energy-Water Appropriations 'Shell' -- Regional Commissions

Ernst, R-Iowa, amendment no. 3803 to the Alexander, R-Tenn., substitute amendment no. 3801 that would eliminate fiscal 2017 appropriations for the Appalachian Regional Commission, the Delta Regional Authority, the Denali Commission and the Northern Border Regional Commission. The substitute amendment would provide fiscal 2017 funding for energy and water development programs.
