Labor Law Violation Disclosure Disapproval – Passage

Passage of the joint resolution that would disapprove and nullify a Defense Department, General Services Administration and NASA rule that requires companies that bid for federal contracts of more than $500,000 to disclose whether they have been determined in the previous three years to have violated certain federal labor laws and equivalent state laws.
