"Net Neutrality" Disapproval -- Passage

Passage of the joint resolution that would nullify and disapprove of a Federal Communication Commission rule that classifies broadband internet access service as an information service and mobile broadband internet access service as a private mobile radio service. The rule overturns a 2015 order from the FCC that imposed common-carrier mandates that prevented internet providers from blocking certain websites or tying certain content to higher fees.
